1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of malagasightseeing.com, whose owner is identified in the legal notice. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

2. What Málaga Sightseeing is

Málaga Sightseeing is a website that publishes tourist information and presents day trips from Málaga and the Costa del Sol operated by a third party, giving access to that company's booking system as an affiliate.

Málaga Sightseeing does not organise, operate or sell those trips and is not a travel agency. It may receive a commission for bookings made through the booking system reached from these pages, at no extra cost to you: the price is the same as booking direct, and we add no booking fee.

3. Bookings are made with the operator

Booking or paying for any trip happens directly between you and the company that operates it, inside that company's own booking system, which opens from the trip page. As a result:

The contract is between you and the operator, and is governed by the operator's own terms.
Málaga Sightseeing is not a party to that contract and does not take part in the payment, the invoice, a change, a cancellation or a refund, nor in the running of the trip.
Prices, availability, timetables, pickup points and conditions are set by the operator and may change without notice.
The operator identifies itself and gives you its contact details before you enter your payment details, and again in your confirmation. Any claim about a booking or about the trip itself must be addressed to the operator.

Cancellations and changes are requested from the operator, using the contact details on your confirmation. If the operator does not reply, or something does not match what we published, write to us and we will take it up with them on your behalf. See cancellations and refunds.

4. The information on this website

We work to keep what we publish accurate, but it is for guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Where this website and the booking system disagree, the booking system and your confirmation prevail.

Pickup times are deliberately not published here. They vary by departure and by season, and the booking calendar shows the right one when you choose your pickup point.

5. The Málaga guide

The Málaga travel guide in PDF is written by Málaga Sightseeing and offered as a free download. There is no form, no payment and no condition attached to it: it is not a reward for booking and it is not sold.

It is supplied for your personal use. It may not be republished, shared as a file or resold.

6. How the website may be used

You agree to use this website lawfully. In particular, not to use it for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage or disable it; not to copy, distribute or commercially exploit its content without authorisation; not to extract its content with automated means without authorisation; and not to introduce anything that could damage its systems.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo, source code and PDF guide belong to the owner of this website. The trip photographs belong to their authors and are used with their permission or under licence. Any use that is not expressly authorised is prohibited.

8. Links and embedded content

This website links to and embeds content from third parties, including the operator's booking system and a reviews widget. Málaga Sightseeing is not responsible for the content, services or privacy practices of those third parties.

9. Limits of our responsibility

Málaga Sightseeing is not responsible for how the trips are run, for changes made by the operator, or for any damage arising from the use of this website, except where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded. It does not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer legislation grants you, which cannot be waived.

10. Changes, applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page. The relationship between the user and the owner of this website is governed by Spanish law, and any dispute may go to arbitration or to the ordinary courts under the applicable rules on jurisdiction.
