The activity carried out through this website is the publication of tourist information and the promotion of day trips operated by a third party under an affiliate agreement. It is not an activity subject to prior administrative authorisation, and this website is not a travel agency.

Who runs the day trips

Every day trip presented on this website is organised and operated by a travel company holding a travel licence issued in Andalusia. It is that company, and not Málaga Sightseeing, that runs the coaches, employs the guides, sets the prices and the pickup points, takes the payment and issues the invoice. That company identifies itself, with its registered details, before you enter your payment details and again in the confirmation you receive.

Málaga Sightseeing acts as an affiliate: it selects and describes the trips, and gives you access to the operator's own booking system. We receive a commission on bookings made through this website, at no extra cost to you.

The owner of this website is based in Seville, not in Málaga. We are not a local agency on the Costa del Sol and we do not claim to be one. What is on the Costa del Sol is the company that runs the trips.

What this website is for

The purpose of malagasightseeing.com is to present day trips from Málaga and the Costa del Sol, explain what each one involves and where it picks you up, and give access to the booking system of the company that operates them.

Booking a trip happens directly with that company, inside its own booking system, which opens from the trip page. Málaga Sightseeing is not a party to that contract. It does not process, manage or store the personal or payment details you enter in that system, does not issue the invoice and does not receive the payment.

The operator identifies itself and provides its contact details before you enter your payment details, and again in the confirmation you receive afterwards. Anything to do with the booking, the payment, a change, a cancellation, a refund or the way the trip is run is the responsibility of that operator.

None of this stops us from helping. If something goes wrong we will act on your behalf with the operator as far as we can. But we do so as an intermediary, not as the party responsible for the service.

Responsibility for the content

Málaga Sightseeing is responsible for the content it publishes directly on this website. The descriptions are written here, based on the information published by the operating company along with the photographs it supplies.

We make our best effort to keep that information accurate and current. We cannot guarantee it is free of errors, nor that it reflects every change made by the operator, particularly in matters such as prices, timetables, pickup points and availability, which the operator sets and may change without notice. What the booking system shows you at the moment of booking, and what your confirmation says, always prevails over what this website says.

Intellectual property

The texts, the design, the logo and the source code of this website belong to its owner. The photographs of the trips are published with the authorisation of the company that supplies them and belong to their respective owners.

Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or commercially exploiting any of this content is not permitted without prior written consent.

The Málaga travel guide in PDF is offered as a free download for personal use. It may not be republished elsewhere, shared as a file or sold.
