We recommend that you bring a snack and a drink (e.g. 1 L of water).

For lunch, you can try the local food in a local bar or restaurant or bring your own picnic food (sandwiches, salads…).

Reservation cut-off time:

10 hours before the tour starts.

Reccomendations:

Comfortable clothing, such as sports shoes, is strongly recommended. Depending on the weather conditions, other complementary items may be useful, such as a hat, sunscreen or an umbrella.

Cancellations:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure time.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours, late arrival or no-show: no refund will be made.

How can I make my reservation?

How can I make a cancellation?

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a voucher with all the details of your reservation. On this voucher you will see the contact information (phone and email) to which you can contact to cancel the excursion.

Is the payment secure?

How large will the group be?

Usually our activities are carried out in small groups. However, in high season, if we receive many reservations, the maximum number of travelers will be 30 or 55 people. (This depends on the number of seats on the coach).

Anyway, the maximum number of people per official guide is 30.

Bad weather conditions

Most of the activities run smoothly in case of rain or bad weather.

If the weather conditions are extremely bad and the activity is cancelled, you will be contacted by phone or email. In that case, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.

What happens if I arrive late at the meeting point?

Regular excursions generally leave on time. Our bus waits 5 minutes at each stop. If the client does not show up at the stop, pick-ups will continue so as not to interfere with the estimated timetable of the activity. In this case, the amount paid by the customer will not be refunded.

How far in advance should reservations be made?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible as there are certain activities that sell out very easily.

Are the excursions adapted for people with reduced mobility or special needs?

Most of the places we visit require access by stairs or narrow passage.

It is very important that if you are a person with reduced mobility, please contact us before booking so that we can better inform you about the tour you are interested in.

We will also need to know in advance because if you are disabled we will have to adapt the bus for your comfort.
