It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have the necessary documents to enter Morocco. Passport details will be required during booking to streamline border processes on the day of the tour.

Travelers from countries such as UK, United States, Canada, Spain, France, Italy, most countries in South America and most countries in Europe do not need to obtain a visa.

Ferry Schedule: The ferry schedule is outside of our control and may be subject to changes, which could extend the tour duration.
Border Crossing: The time spent at the border between Spain and Morocco can vary and is beyond our control, which may also affect the overall duration of the tour.
Recommended Attire: We suggest wearing closed shoes and clothing that covers the shoulders.
Families with Children: This tour is not recommended for families with young children and strollers.
COVID-19 Update: Since October 3, 2022, it is no longer required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to travel to Morocco, nor is a negative test result required.

Reccomendations:

Comfortable clothing, such as sports shoes, is strongly recommended. Depending on the weather conditions, other complementary items may be useful, such as a hat, sunscreen or an umbrella.

Cancellations:

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure time.
Cancellations less than 48 hours, late arrival or no-show: no refund will be made.

Day Trip Marbella to Morocco Itinerary

We’ll begin our journey with a comfortable bus ride from Marbella to Algeciras, where you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Costa del Sol’s coastline. Once we arrive at Algeciras, we’ll board a high-speed ferry for the crossing to Ceuta, giving you spectacular views of both European and African shores as we sail across the Strait of Gibraltar.

Upon reaching Morocco, we’ll set off for the historical city of Tetouan. Our first stop will be at Moulay El Mehdi Square, the centerpiece of Tetouan’s Spanish expansion, before heading into the narrow streets of the Mellah, the old Jewish Quarter. Here, you’ll experience the city’s diverse heritage, and we’ll continue to the majestic Royal Palace at Hassan II Square, a symbol of the city’s regal history.

As we wander through Tetouan, we’ll explore its UNESCO-listed Medina, famous for its whitewashed walls and green doors. The vibrant souks will transport you back in time as we navigate the lively market stalls, where skilled artisans display their handcrafted goods.

Around midday, we’ll take a break to savor a traditional Moroccan lunch at a local restaurant. Enjoy a feast that includes Couscous, Pinchitos, and other Moroccan delicacies, accompanied by lively folklore performances, all while sipping the classic mint tea and sampling delicious Arabian pastries.

After our meal, we’ll continue exploring Tetouan, with time to visit the local shops and discover traditional Moroccan products. We’ll also stop by a Berber pharmacy, renowned for its natural remedies like Argan oil and herbal products.

At the end of the day, we’ll return to Ceuta to catch the ferry back to Algeciras, and from there, our comfortable bus will take us back to Marbella, where we’ll arrive with unforgettable memories of this incredible journey.

How can I make my reservation?

1. Check the reservation calendar.

How can I make a cancellation?

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a voucher with all the details of your reservation. On this voucher you will see the contact information (phone and email) to which you can contact to cancel the excursion.

Is the payment secure?

All the electronic payment process is done on servers with SSL encrypted connection in a secure way. You can pay by Paypal or credit/debit card.

How large will the group be?

Usually our activities are carried out in small groups. However, in high season, if we receive many reservations, the maximum number of travelers will be 30 or 55 people. (This depends on the number of seats on the coach).

Anyway, the maximum number of people per official guide is 30.

Bad weather conditions

Most of the activities run smoothly in case of rain or bad weather.

If the weather conditions are extremely bad and the activity is cancelled, you will be contacted by phone or email. In that case, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.

What happens if I arrive late at the meeting point?

Regular excursions generally leave on time. Our bus waits 5 minutes at each stop. If the client does not show up at the stop, pick-ups will continue so as not to interfere with the estimated timetable of the activity. In this case, the amount paid by the customer will not be refunded.

How far in advance should reservations be made?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible as there are certain activities that sell out very easily.

Are the excursions adapted for people with reduced mobility or special needs?

Most of the places we visit require access by stairs or narrow passage.

It is very important that if you are a person with reduced mobility, please contact us before booking so that we can better inform you about the tour you are interested in.

We will also need to know in advance because if you are disabled we will have to adapt the bus for your comfort.
